I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't find the exact model I was looking for until I found the 2024 Ford Edge at Ford of Montebello. When I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and said hi. Julio introduced me to Fabian who was going to go on the test drive with me. Fabian showed me the different features the Edge had and how to use them. There was a great deal on the car and it was brand new. So I told Julio and Fabian I'd take it. The whole process was easy. Julio and I discussed numbers and warranties. I signed the papers with Sandy from Finance who made the process go smoothly. She answered all my questions I had about the papers. This was one of the easiest car purchase I've made. Highly recommend this dealership. More

The conditions of the car that was sold to me was not in great condition yet i trusted them that they would fix the problem and they didn’t. I purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach E premium. I was there from 12pm- 5pm finalizing paperwork. Once the car was given to me i encounter a bunch of water stains and swirls on the hood of the car. I explained to the sales rep Jesus that I wasn’t content on how the car looked and i asked to speak to a manager. He said that his manager was busy but he brought out the guy that we signed the paperwork with. I explained to him how dirty it looked with stains and swirls specially on the hood. I made sure i pointed out to him where the stains were and the swirls. He stated that they would contact me so that my car can get detailed. The following day i received a call from someone name Josie and i explained the situation and she said to take the car the following week to get it detailed. They offered to pick up the car and drop it off when it was done. I finally received the car around 7pm and when i inspected the car I told Jesus it looked dirty and he said to reach out to the dealership. I emailed Josie that same night and the following day got a call from her. I explained to her that the car still had some water marks and swirls. She tells me that i Never mentioned to her that there was swirls. I sent her videos of the night i purchased the car to show how nasty the car was and pictures after the detail was done where you can see the swirls. She said she would reach out to her manager and they told me that they couldn’t do a paint restoration on the car. That if i wanted for them to wash/ clean the car to take it in and that’s all they can do. More

However, I noticed a significant drop in my FICO credit score—from "Very Good" to "Good"—afterward. This assurance of minimal impact directly influenced my decision to proceed, as I otherwise would have waited a few days until my cashier’s check was ready. This unexpected drop has now affected my plans to purchase a home, yet I am unable to receive any clarification or support despite raising this issue. The sales manager also agreed to follow up on a concern regarding the car's locking system—a potentially dangerous situation where the car locked automatically with the key, phone, and personal belongings inside. This has never happened with my previous cars, and I was expecting feedback to understand the cause and how to prevent it. Unfortunately, I have received no response, even after considerable time has passed. These unresolved issues have caused significant frustration and inconvenience, and I hope they can be addressed promptly. More

Had been searching online for different deals and certain trucks when I stumbled on the exact model and trim that I was looking for at Ford of Montebello. Drove to the dealership not expecting to purchase, but rather to see the trucks and what kind of offer they were willing to give me on my trade in. Evelyn was the sales rep that approached me, took me to look at the trucks and for a test drive. She was awesome. Not the type of sales rep that is pushy, which was perfect. I find that when you're constantly trying to sale me something then I will feel more inclined to not buy. She was the complete opposite. Explained what features the truck came with and then let me drive it. Even when talking numbers she was understanding, mellow, and again not pushy trying to sale me the truck. She wanted me to feel comfortable with my purchase and even stated that if I wasn't happy with the deal, she understood. She made me feel comfortable with the deal and purchase so I pulled the trigger and went for it. Highly recommend you purchase from Ford of Montebello and speak with Evelyn Mares. More
