Change in ownership hasn’t done much for their communication efforts. I really feel screwed by u guys. I bought a Lincoln MKX 14 month later the transmission went bad along with other problems I made an appointment with the same salesman who was helping with my Lincoln (Ro 14 month later the transmission went bad along with other problems I made an appointment with the same salesman who was helping with my Lincoln (Ron). I was told that he retired only to find out he got sick. I was lied to n very much over charged. U have lost my business. The 2 salesmen who lied to me way over charged me on their commissions. Am very angry n feel like a fool. I could have gone to any other car place where could have paid cash. Instead because of Ron I came back only to b lied to by the ones who should have had their colligues back. If u can’t trust the people working with u… why do u need me More

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived on the lot. We were greeted by the most friendly salesperson, helped immediately by the manger, Kam and the financing department was also ki arrived on the lot. We were given a fair amount off of the sticker price, no haggling needed and everyone was willing to help all along the way. Since it was a one year old car, there were a few things needed such as a small ding removal and only had one key. Worthington Ford had their service department remove the ding and make a new key for us too. Fabulous! I highly recommend this dealership!! More
One of the best auto buying experiences I have had. My Salesperson, Jim Ahmadpour, Santos and the Finance Manager, Elias Marion were fantastic! Jim & Santos ( I hope I am pronouncing his name correctly) s Salesperson, Jim Ahmadpour, Santos and the Finance Manager, Elias Marion were fantastic! Jim & Santos ( I hope I am pronouncing his name correctly) stayed 6hrs after they were off work helping me and making sure I was completely satisfied. My husband and I had intentions of purchasing a truck several years from now. We have several vehicles and recently received the pink slip for one of our vehicles (2012 VW Passat) and then it ended up in several years from now. We have several vehicles and recently received the pink slip for one of our vehicles (2012 VW Passat) and then it ended up in the service shop, we had to decide weather we were going to put several grand into a 152,000 mile vehicle or let it go...McKenna Volkswagen offer to buy it at $500 and of course that was disappointing. We contacted Worthington Ford by their web site and Mario Orea contacted us within 15mins. very courteous, not like most sales men we've dealt with before. Mario listened to what we had to say wasn't pushy wanted to stay within our budget. He offered a beautiful truck at a reasonable deal, but my husband wanted something newer and asked to see a 2018 Ford. Mario gave us exactly what we wanted! Mario listened to us. He handed us off to Elias Maroun our finance guy and he was just as great! He explained everything and made the transaction go smoothly! At the end my husband and I didn't mind putting the money down that we did! Mario offered $2000 for our Passat and we walked away with a 2019 Ford F-150. Thank you Mario for keeping your word (my floor mats)Worthington Ford you have amazing men working for you! On a side note! Your place was very well maintained! Restroom was clean your front receptionist was sweet and polite. We will definitely refer our friends and family!
