Great Service Experience This was my first visit to this dealership. I had the Check Engine Light on and my car was running rough. I called another dealership that's a little closer to me 4 times but was never able to speak to anyone and I left a message but never received a callback so I decided to try Ford of Londonderry. I got through on the first call and set up an appointment to get the issue diagnosed. I had thought it was going to be spark plugs or something routine like that but it turned out to be a much bigger and more expensive issue (camshaft phasers). Howard explained the issue clearly and there was no pressure to get the work done. The thing I really appreciated was that the notes about the diagnosis were clear and detailed so I was easily able to research the problem and talk to some relatives who are auto mechanics. They all told me that the diagnosis was solid and the price quoted for the repair was quite fair. A couple of weeks later I decided to get the work done. Howard set me up with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair which was several days because the whole engine needed to be removed. I was kept in the loop the entire time and was not once even mildly inconvenienced. When I came to pick up my car the final price was right on point with the quote so there were no surprises. I don't know who the Technician was that did the work but he did an awesome job. The car runs so smoothly now I can't even tell if the engine is on or not. That was the most expensive car repair that I've ever done and yet it was the most positive experience that I've had at a repair shop. I'll be getting all my future work done there and I recommended the place to my dad for his F-150. More
Three stooges are better mechanics Absolute laughable incompetence by the service/body shop departments. They scratched my vehicle during a service, they tried to fix it 3 times and on Absolute laughable incompetence by the service/body shop departments. They scratched my vehicle during a service, they tried to fix it 3 times and on the last attempt, they damaged another part of the vehicle. Other than an oil change, which at this point I would even let them attempt, stay away. I am amazed at people today who do a terrible job, step back and say, "yeah, that's good enough". More

No accountabilty Brought my truck in to get a recall fixed on the door latch freezing, the door would either open then not be able to close or just not unlock all toge Brought my truck in to get a recall fixed on the door latch freezing, the door would either open then not be able to close or just not unlock all together. I brought it in 3 times to have them fix this issue and everytime I came in it seemed the quality/pride in their work went downhill. There was grease all on the inside of the door panel, which was spotless when I dropped it off. Also there was silicon or some type of sealant oozing out next to the door handle on the outside of the truck. When this was shown to Jim McGovern (the owner of the dealership) he could have cared less and got confrontational, telling me that some people wouldn't have a problem with the issues that I showed him and that the work environment is very dirty. He then proceeded to tell me that there is no second tier level to make sure everything looks the way it did when the truck was dropped off, that once the tech put the door panel back on he (the tech) considered his job done. I will never bring my truck here for them to touch again, I don't care if it's even to put an air cap on the tire. Horrible dealership run by a guy who could care less about the customers ***UPDATE 1-15-19, Brought the truck to another dealer after issue with the door continued to happen. Regional customer service manager (Kimberly Pariag) advised me to find another dealer to work on recall issue. The truck was dropped off at Salem Ford and I was informed that the recall wasn't fully completed by Ford of Londonderry. There were gaskets/sealants that were missing to prevent water from getting into the locking mechanism. More

Parts and Body Shop - Outstanding! I have deal with the guys in Parts and with BJ in the Body Shop. These guys provided stellar service as I was looking for a bumper cover to purchase I have deal with the guys in Parts and with BJ in the Body Shop. These guys provided stellar service as I was looking for a bumper cover to purchase so my teenage son replace his. The Parts guys ordered for us and that was smooth and no-hassle. BJ in the Collision department went above and beyond to help us get the bumper painted and transferred to the Collision dept. I most appreciated how patient and helpful the Parts guys and BJ were as we navigated the ins and outs of replacing a bumper cover. Thank you all! The bumper cover is on and my kid is proud to have done it himself. Maggie More
Great Service I was two days before leaving for Hamilton Ontario when I notices something leaking from my rear axle. I texted Dave about my problem and he instructed me to drop the truck off and he would get it into the the shop ASAP. Dave and his team took care of everything and had the truck back to me in 1 day. Dave is very detailed orentated and kept me informed the entire time my truck was in the shop.
