Blew a tire in a loaner while I was paying 2000 dollars to have my car fixed and they Charged me 256.00 for a flat tire! Never even called me to tell me what the charge was just billed it to my card no phone call or nothing!No spare tire in the car so has to wait 4 hours to get a tow. And listen to the tow company bad mouth ford for only paying them 35 dollars an hour so no tow company wants to work for them that’s why all customers with the ford roadside will wait hours for a tow and ford doesn’t give a f$$$ about customers. After this experience I got my car back with all the same issues I took it in for.

It took two different visits and three weeks of appointments and two tows for them to tell me it would cost 1500 more dollars in labor alone to possibly find the problem. That one week ago they assured me their was no problem this company is a joke

Oh forgot! After the first visit I received my car back and was told everything was perfect first day I drove it I broke down at work and had to get towed to dealership ironically I had an appointment already because my car wasn’t running right after receiving it back. It was the serpentine belt which was replaced and I received my car back with no antifreeze in it barely any! I told them I needed to have it towed down their because it overheated on me due to the serpentine belt braking. Now don’t you think the fluids should be checked????? Before you return someone’s car to them that is paying you more money than any other car place??
