Awesome can’t say enough every department is outstanding from the service department, parts, sales to the loaner car department the dealership far out does any dealer I have dealt with in my 25 years of buy from the service department, parts, sales to the loaner car department the dealership far out does any dealer I have dealt with in my 25 years of buying cars. I am a fleet manager and can drop a car off anytime and get the same service as if I had scheduled service a month in advance. The service and parts prices are the same and most of the time better then the chain stores hackers. At FOL you get the quality of factory trained professionals and everyone is treated the same no matter what your economic statues is in society. I have never seen a cutomer talked down to and a complete explaination for all work done or work needed to be done is a given. More

Fantastic customer service! The team at Ford of Londonderry were very courteous. My truck broke down last year while I was in NH on business. My overall experience with had been nothing but pleasant and very helpful. I am a property manager in the area and I commute to work, so having my vehicle is extremely important. Anytime I've needed work done on my truck Mike Collotti in the service dept. has taken care of me without fault. All work is done correctly the first time, it's done quickly, and with a good price. When my truck is in the shop, I'm not working and he knows that. He and the service guys at Londonderry Ford have never disappointed. I've yet to purchase a vehicle from Londonderry Ford, but when the time comes for a new truck, you can be sure i'll look there first. I've spoken with Jeff Brunini many times about vehicles they have on lot and I use their rental fleet of vans frequently for different jobs, as well as personally, and you can't beat it. The price is great, and they always have one ready for me. Jeff is always ready and willing to help, and always has the information I'm looking for. Hands down a great team and great operation at Londonderry Ford. Would recommend it to anyone. More

I have to say it is the best auto dealerships, and service area I've used. There service is so good in fact that when it came to buying a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to purchase my new 2008 Ford Fusion from Londonderry Ford. Just one example of their great service that comes to mind happened a few years ago when I was out of town on travel for a work assignment. My wife was home with our new born son when she noticed a problem with our 2008 Escape. My wife called the service area and brought the Escape in for service after work. Since my car was at the airport this left my wife and new born with no transportation. However, Mike and his team setup my wife with a temporary car, instructed her that the repairs would be complete by the end of the next day and even installed the child car seat into the temporary vehicle (and back into the Escape when the repairs were complete). I really appreciate the help Mike and his team gave my wife. Over the past few years this is the level of service we've come to expect from Londonderry Ford, and is the reason why we keep going back. I had gone to a muffler shop to have my State Insp. done, they told me my brakes were wearing unevenly, that I needed a full rear brake job for over $500. I called Londonderry Ford, they got me right in, took great care of my issue explained clearly that i need new pads but that was all, fixed it quickly and expertly. They were very helpful and even gave me an office to work in while they fixed my car. They are the best! More
Brought in vehicle for recall. Vehicle ran fine before recall work was done. Vehicle was almost undrivable(massive engine surges and cutouts) after recall completed. I asked that they take the vehicle back and restore it to the condition, and configuration, it was in before they "worked" on it. Response from service manager (oxymoron) was "We can't help you, the warranty is up". His dealership cripples my vehicle and thats it. He acknowledges that the recall work could likely have caused the engine to run so poorly but refuses any remedial action. Furthermore the work order stated the vehicle had a road test performed. Either that was a lie or the technician who performed it was incompetent. It was virtually undriveable and any technician who passed it should be let go. More
