I brought my ford escape in for tire rotaion and an oil change and my service rep was Justin. He was very freindly during the time i was there. I had my vehicle diagnosed with an issue from a previous shop but when they couldn't figure out how to fix it I decided it was time to bring my vehicle into a dealership. My service Rep was Justin. He explained how even though my vehicle was previously diagnosed they had to ensure that in fact was the correct diagnosis. After the diagnosis Justin explained how they had found other issues my shop had missed. I was bummed that there was more issues than I expected but glad they found the correct problem. Justin's thorough explaination and excellent service insures that this will now be my permanent repair shop for my vehicle. More

He went above and beyond to make sure the drop-off and pick-up of my car went seamlessly and showed that he was personally concerned with saving me money and helping me to get the most out of the service. Furthermore, Mr. Colotti exemplified great customer service and great social skills. What a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who you can talk to on a personal level and who takes pride in his job. I have had oil changes here in years past and although that is something that I could do easily at another servicer closer to my home, I feel comfort in taking my service to Ford of Londonderry because I am always treated with impeccable customer service.
