I've owned seven Ford/Mercury products since '99, and this dealership has provided the best service of any Ford outlet I've been to. The job is always done right the first time, in a timely manner, and no request seems to be too great. Free shuttle service is a godsend. As a highly demanding service client, it's rare for me to be made truly happy, but these guys know how to do it! More
