BUYERS REVIEW: DISGRACEFUL. INCOMPTENT. UNRESPONSIVE. - Purchased a vehicle. Paid in full. They FAILED to register it within the required 30 day time period. As the 30 day mark INCOMPTENT. As the 30 day mark quickly approached, I reached out several times inquiring about the status of my registration/title. They never responded to anything. They couldn't respond to my concerns but their employee Alex Marquez (who isn't even a dealer) had no shame in sending me a text message 24 days post purchase asking "If I was still looking to buy or lease a vehicle." The title clerk was NO BETTER. She finally contacted me only AFTER I sought assistance from my local DMV when my registration expired. She offered no apology no nothing, knowing full well I was UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE I PAID FOR IN FULL due to Ford of Kendall's incompetence. To add insult to injury, she informed me Ford of Kendall didn't even have my title at the time I purchased my vehicle. She said "we just received the title today." The title came from a different dealership! In other words, Ford of Kendall sold a vehicle WITHOUT POSSESSING THE TITLE. It took my registration expiring, and for my local DMV to contact Ford of Kendall for a resolution. However, I've still been contacting Ford of Kendall for well over a month requesting copies of all documents I signed when I purchased my vehicle. Copies I'm entitled too. They are still refusing to send them. They've left me no choice but to file a complaint with Region 10 Motor Vehicle Field Operations. ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS. I'll continue to NOT recommend Ford of Kendall to anyone. I'm beyond DISGUSTED with the way I've been treated. - I've received better customer service at McDonald's. More

I don't know how they are able to sleep at night, knowing that they take advantage of other people. I will strongly recommend to anyone who is thinking of doing business with them to stay away. There are plenty of great dealers in the area. Let me share what happened with me. I was looking for a car for my college-going son, and I saw a car on their website that would fit a student car budget. I sent an inquiry about the availability of the car and shortly received a message from Alex Marquez, who said he was contacting me from Ford Of Kendall and wanted me to come for a test drive. We spoke over the phone, and in a very trusting fashion, I explained our situation to him. He said, "No problem, just tell me what time you will come, and I can show you the car." Their dealership was an hour away, and we agreed on a time. In the summer heat and during rush hour, I drove to their hour-long dealership. As soon as I reached their dealership parking lot, I sent Alex a message that I had arrived. There, I found out that he doesn't sit at the dealership and is just an internet salesperson. I was disappointed because on the phone, he gave me the impression that he would show me the car, but he knew that he would never deal with me. Maybe I'm from the old school, and I have a doctorate in Business Management too. I believe that relationships are key to running a successful and long-lasting business. This guy, just for a limited motivation, put the whole dealership's brand at stake, and of course, he didn't do it alone; this is how this dealership has a setup model to bring customers. What disappointed me the most was when I met the local car salesperson in the dealership, and he asked me why I was there. They had no idea why I was there. He was not aware of the specific car with whom I exchanged several messages and spoke on the phone with Alex; he had no idea. And when I tried to explain the whole deal to the local salesperson in the dealership, I felt like he knew this model well, and he couldn't care less that I drove from a long distance. This showed to me that not only Alex but also this guy at the dealership has zero customer values. In this day and age of the internet, dealerships like them cannot fool customers like us. Hence, it is important they don't repeat playing the same game with other customers, and we expose what they are up to. Mind you, there are plenty of dealerships that do business treating customers like humans and value their satisfaction and feelings. But now, I know Ford Of Kendall is not one of them. I can bet the people or the owner who started Ford Of Kendall, if they find out that this is how their business deals with customers, would be deeply disturbed by what their business has become. Again, stay away from them if you respect yourself and your self-esteem. More

I can't say i had a good experience it was so off i was going to buy a car from them at first it was good hear from everyone there and then it went downhill. I called about a car and they gave me an out-the-door price. When I got there, after driving an hour and 30 mins with an infant and a toddler, they would not honor the price they gave me over the phone a price. Manager Paul didn’t seem to care one bit about the situation. Horrible customer service. I later received an e-mail from Karen Somoano Rodrigues (Director of Operations) to see if I was satisfied. I called her and she said she was gonna look into it and completely disappeared and never called back. Absolutely worse experience ever! More
The first time I went to the Ford of Kendall Dealership to service my 2018 Expedition due to rattle noise at startup and also for the recalls: 21B10 and the 21N08. They ended up changing several parts due to the rattle and the 21B10 recall. I took the SUV that day no issues. A few day later the SUV has a vibration when driving it from 5 miles to 40 miles per hour. I took it again because the Ford Pass app still says I need to do the 21N08 recall. This second time it has been a nightmare to deal with the service person Randy Hernandez and the shop foreman Frank Mederos. I leave the SUV and I get a call later that day the issue is resolved I go back to the dealership and they both tell me the reprogram the SUV and performed the recall 21N08, I get on the SUV go around the dealership the issue still occurring the vibration still happening, I look at the Repair Order and it doesn’t say anything of the reprogram or of the recall 21N08 getting performed, it says that they inspected the SUV and no problem found. I ask to have technician go with me on a drive and the technician agrees and feels the vibration. I leave the SUV so they can work on it. I get another call the car is ready a while after. I go again to the dealer the issue is still occurring, Frank tell me that is normal the vibration, but the issue never occurred before. I asked to have them drive with me another Expedition they have in the lot for sale since they all have the same engine and transmission to see the difference and was told no. They decided to look at it again and they call me again the next day the issue is fixed, I go back to the dealership and once again the issue is still occurring, and the repair Order says they no problem found the Ford app still has the recall 21N08 showing for my car. Waist of my time, they don’t want to work or are not knowledgeable on it. I strongly advice people to run away from this dealership!!! And if you have to take your car for service go to the other Ford Dealerships that are a bit far to save them the time of dealing with their service and their techs. More
i Order a Maverick on august 2021 with a sign order with price and $500 deposit almost a year later the car is arriving ma 2021, i went to the dealer to start the paper work now they said they are adding a price and $500 deposit almost a year later the car is arriving ma 2021, i went to the dealer to start the paper work now they said they are adding a markup from $24k that we agreed on to $29k . they said i need to pay the extra money or they will sell my car to someone else. Ford prohibits this markup to retail orders but they are still doing it . one year of waiting for the car is now wasted. do not buy here go else ware More
Advertised a 2014 ford escape but the vehicle was not a certified vehicle. Don't waste you time driving to this dealership for and used vehicles. I was was shown other vehicles that were just as bad if not worse. More
I set an appointment for my handicapped uncle to see a vehicle and when he arrived they told him they sent the car to auction just before he got there. Called about a car listed, they assured me the car was there and in perfect condition. I drove an hour and 20 mins with my infant and toddler only for me to get there and the car won’t even start.
