Only reason it has 2 stars is because my advisor Alex hernandez was real good. It wasn't his fault that the technicians there are not good. Had my expedition there for a plethora of problems and Alex wou hernandez was real good. It wasn't his fault that the technicians there are not good. Had my expedition there for a plethora of problems and Alex would see to my problems but once the technicians finished supposedly there was issues. For instance there was water leakage going into the doors. They ended up removing one of my tinted windows and not refunding me money or giving me the option for them to tint it again. There also removed the coating my brake rotors had when I intititally bought and not they have rust and told me they can't do anything about it. Sadly that's the only dealership closest to me and Alex is always professional. More

The dealer took a week to say nothing is wrong with the car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. They claim the car drives great and couldn't re car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. They claim the car drives great and couldn't replicate an issue with the engine and/or transmission that occured twice on our 15 minute drive from the dealer. If you need to visit this dealer and you value your time and sanity, save yourself the hassle and just drive to a farther Ford dealer . More
