Restored my faith in true customer service. I had some issues with my vehicle. I was frustrated and upset. But I have to give a huge shout out to the body shop staff and especially the General I had some issues with my vehicle. I was frustrated and upset. But I have to give a huge shout out to the body shop staff and especially the General Manager Bruce Hemminger. They addressed the problem and worked hard to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. They were friendly, polite and attentive to my situation. I was not the easiest person to deal with and yet they stayed extremely professional and made customer service the shining star at this dealership. I would tell anyone to give Mr. Hemminger and his team the chance to show what a great service department they have at Van Drunen Ford. More

It was a tricky repair so the General Manager, Bruce, hooked us up with a loaner vehicle for a couple days. Bruce couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It ended up being a tricky repair but Bruce saved the day. On a separate note, we have purchased several cars from Van Drunen and have referred them to family and friends. If you are looking for a great used car experience, see Ken Crowe. He is fantastic. Between Ken and Bruce you cannot go wrong. More
UPDATE: Above & Beyond The general manager of this dealership gave me a call after my first experience was less than satisfactory, he asked me to bring my truck in and he wo The general manager of this dealership gave me a call after my first experience was less than satisfactory, he asked me to bring my truck in and he would take a look at it personally and see if they could trouble shoot the problem and fix it. He took a drive with me, confirmed the issue I was having and we scheduled a mutually acceptable time to have the truck back in service. They were able to converse with other service departments across the country to figure out a fix for the problem. They installed an upgraded part and fixed the issue i was having. After the work was finished and when i picked up my truck, he went for a ride with me to verify I was pleased with the outcome. In my opinion, this dealership and general manager went out of their way to fix the issue with my truck and secure me as a customer that will keep coming back and I will also recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Original Post: I have used their service department for several years. They change the oil and rotate tires. After purchasing a new vehicle, it had an alignment issue right off the lot. They said they would check it out and fix it for me no problem. When i got the vehicle back, they alignment issue was not any better and they claimed they couldn't do anything else for it. The vehicle also had a shudder when taking off from a stop. It was a shake in the rear end at about 3-5 mph then would stop. They claimed this is common and their is nothing they can do about it and i would have to deal with it. I am very unhappy with the level of service from this dealership, it didn't even seem like they tried to work on my brand new vehicle. More

Although I have had my issues with the service department in recent years, I am happy to report that Van Drunen will stand behind their service and respond appropriately when a complaint is made. I believe my car has now been adequately tested, and the problem with the braking system is, hopefully, a thing of the past. My advice if any issues regarding service occur is to speak to Dave Dykstra, the service manager, who takes customer satisfaction very seriously. My hope is that this level of service will continue, at which point Van Drunen would again (in my eyes) be a 5-star service center. (Note - if you're buying a new car from Van Drunen, you can't go wrong with Redd Walker.) More

The dealership has an outstanding Body Shop. Not only did they repair the rear bumper on my Mustang (after being rear ended), but they have installed several accessories on my Mustang.
