Mark Merino in the Service Department was very pleasant, curious, and helpful. He even assisted my son in helping me. Making sure we understood. I think he was exceptional. Nicki, of the Service Department also had a very pleasant attitude. As a senior you don’t always get this kind of courtesy, attention, or service. The transporters were great, Michael and Jamal. Service from the cashiers was pleasant. It was most refreshing to go somewhere feeling distressed knowing you’re going to probably spend a chunk of money, where it appeared that everyone actually cared. Thank you and God bless you all. Bruce, Shayan, Kyle M. are the best but the people in the service are are top notch even the cashier is a great person and willing to answer questions and get and provide i are the best but the people in the service are are top notch even the cashier is a great person and willing to answer questions and get and provide information. This was the worst Service experience I have had in 30years.They kept my car all day and did nothing to fix the identified problem.I was charged a service fee which should never have been charged since 30years.They kept my car all day and did nothing to fix the identified problem.I was charged a service fee which should never have been charged since they did nothing.I want this reported to Better Business bureau and I will inform the local paper of this horrible Service and disrespect from Service Department staff More

0 stars! Formally known as Van Drunen. Fast forward Transmission out at 62,000 miles and brought brand new in 2019! My daddy saw a leak and took Ford of Homew Formally known as Van Drunen. Fast forward Transmission out at 62,000 miles and brought brand new in 2019! My daddy saw a leak and took Ford of Homewood on Sept 3 2022(new owner) NEVER buy a car from them!!!! My car sat allllll day until my father and I went up there at closing. No phone call! The tech said it wasn’t drivable! I pitched a fit!! When were you going to tell me that! I’m a nurse and a CPR business owner. I need a car!! I could have gotten a rental car! Then the manager told me 20 mins later it was drivable and that he would place his family in the car! Come to find out They never look at my car! Jan 5 my transmission went out! I drove to work and came home and it was nothing but God that allowed my car to stop in front of my home! Built Ford tough is a lie! Never buying from them!! Ive tried SEVERAL TIMES to contact them and NO ONE responded! More
Brought car in to have oil changed and tires rotated. When I picked up my car, my 6ft. USB cable is missing. Service manager told me that there is no theft in his department. Great sales department. My family has purchased many cars from them and have always been pleased. There’s a huge disconnect when you need the service department. They are rude and have no regard for customer from them and have always been pleased. There’s a huge disconnect when you need the service department.
