After meeting Bruce Hemminger, the manager of Van Drunen Ford, at the Chicago International Auto Show, I decided to visit the Van Drunen dealership to inquire further about the 2011 Ford Mustang. Mr. Hemmi Ford, at the Chicago International Auto Show, I decided to visit the Van Drunen dealership to inquire further about the 2011 Ford Mustang. Mr. Hemminger and Mr. Walker were very friendly and extremenly patient, answering my questions with completeness. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured. More important, as a female customer, I did not feel as if I were being patronized. Mr. Walker and Mr. Hemminger worked very hard to locate the particular vehicle I requested, telephoning numerous dealerships in Illinois and Indiana. Once located, they made certain that the accessories I requested were installed. Needless to say, my 2011 Ford Mustang is awesome!!! I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in any Ford vehicle to visit Van Drunen Dealership. The salespeople are knowledgable, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. More

My father has been a Van Drunen customer since 1968. He suggested we go there and right away, I knew this was the place to buy from. My wife and I felt comfortable and appreciated the minute we stepped suggested we go there and right away, I knew this was the place to buy from. I have dealt with Van Drunen for over 15 years, having bought new cars and used cars from them. The thing that stands out to me about their sales department is their integrity.<br><br>I have had all my bought new cars and used cars from them. The thing that stands out to me about their sales department is their integrity.<br><br>I have had all my cars serviced there and have had some body work done there. I find them reliable and trustworthy. Their charges are freqeuently below those at non-dealer repair and service facilities.<br><br>I highly recommend Van Drunen Ford both for service and for sales.
