Mr. Hemminger and Mr. Walker were very friendly and extremenly patient, answering my questions with completeness. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured. More important, as a female customer, I did not feel as if I were being patronized. Mr. Walker and Mr. Hemminger worked very hard to locate the particular vehicle I requested, telephoning numerous dealerships in Illinois and Indiana. Once located, they made certain that the accessories I requested were installed. Needless to say, my 2011 Ford Mustang is awesome!!!
