T Well I decided after years of cars and SUV's it was time for a pick-up again. So I searched various dealers to find the one I wanted a F-150 Lariat. This was fully loaded. I saw their internet price and with Ford incentives it was a good price. So I called over there and ended up getting Bruce Hemminger the General Manager I asked if it was still available and it was I said I would be over the next morning. I did and I was turned over to the Salesman Tom Coyle. The price was as advertised and even include one incentive I was not sure I would get. The trade in price was fair. Tom also handled the financing which was with Ford at 2.9. Everything went smooth and fast. The car washer did a great job it was super shiny. So this is a place I would gladly go again although I may be moving to TN soon. Thanks to all. More

It was a tricky repair so the General Manager, Bruce, hooked us up with a loaner vehicle for a couple days. Bruce couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It ended up being a tricky repair but Bruce saved the day. On a separate note, we have purchased several cars from Van Drunen and have referred them to family and friends. That said, purchasing a brand new Ford Focus at Van Drunen was absolutely, positively a pleasure. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and took pride in their work, which is important in any industry, but more so when one is making a major purchase like a vehicle. Best of all and unlike some dealers I've experienced, everyone I worked with was honest and upfront, did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and didn't try to put me in the pressure cooker. I am incredibly happy with my purchase. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you live anywhere near this place, I cannot recommend it enough. I will tell all of my friends/family looking for a vehicle to come here. More
Lost potential customer I stopped by the dealership yesterday to look at the Ford Mustang. The guy that assisted me (while waiting for Tom with a mustache) was extremely nic I stopped by the dealership yesterday to look at the Ford Mustang. The guy that assisted me (while waiting for Tom with a mustache) was extremely nice. He sent the car for gas, had my truck appraised and we were off for a test drive. After the test drive we searched for Tom and he was sitting back at his desk. He obviously did not consider me to be a potential buyer because he did not attempt to assist me with any options. I was told that I was upside down in my truck (no options were presented) and we were out of the dealership within 5 minutes. Disappointed with my experience, I went to Sutton Ford, I was greeted within 30 seconds of entering the building, my car was appraised and 2 hours later I left in my brand new 2015 Lincoln MKZ. Tom could have had the sale if he had not determined I was not a buyer upon seeing me. Please go see Damien Brooks at Sutton Ford if you are looking for a great car buying experience. More

Overall, we had a great experience with purchasing our car. It's nice to know there is still good customer service out there!! Not to mention the great deal as well. UPDATE: Above & Beyond The general manager of this dealership gave me a call after my first experience was less than satisfactory, he asked me to bring my truck in and he wo The general manager of this dealership gave me a call after my first experience was less than satisfactory, he asked me to bring my truck in and he would take a look at it personally and see if they could trouble shoot the problem and fix it. He took a drive with me, confirmed the issue I was having and we scheduled a mutually acceptable time to have the truck back in service. They were able to converse with other service departments across the country to figure out a fix for the problem. They installed an upgraded part and fixed the issue i was having. After the work was finished and when i picked up my truck, he went for a ride with me to verify I was pleased with the outcome. In my opinion, this dealership and general manager went out of their way to fix the issue with my truck and secure me as a customer that will keep coming back and I will also recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Original Post: I have used their service department for several years. They change the oil and rotate tires. After purchasing a new vehicle, it had an alignment issue right off the lot. They said they would check it out and fix it for me no problem. When i got the vehicle back, they alignment issue was not any better and they claimed they couldn't do anything else for it. The vehicle also had a shudder when taking off from a stop. It was a shake in the rear end at about 3-5 mph then would stop. They claimed this is common and their is nothing they can do about it and i would have to deal with it. I am very unhappy with the level of service from this dealership, it didn't even seem like they tried to work on my brand new vehicle. More
