left the car for 2 days it kept squeaking in the back seat they told me it was a weld that they check suspension and other stuff they told me it has to go back to the dealer i bought it from so they basi seat they told me it was a weld that they check suspension and other stuff they told me it has to go back to the dealer i bought it from so they basically wasted my time the next day before i was gonna take to the Lorenzo dealer i check the noise myself and hear it coming from the seats it had a plastic seal on the clip that connects the seat to the car i took it off and the squeaking was gone i feel like the people that are at the ford of hialeah are very lazy or just dint know what they are don’t i also had a blown out speaker and they told me the sound of it was coming from the weld they said is wrong in my car so now i have no more squeaking in my car cause i found the source but my speaker is still blown out because i feel like they were lazy at ford of hialeah thank you. More

Manager Elizabeth Stubbles , was not interested in the fraud that was perpetuated toward myself and also allowed the Very minor service rep to get in my face without even raising an eyebrow. Customer service is something they can't even pronounce at this place. These people are dishonest to say the least and I will never, ever visit this xxxxhole again. BE Warned! More
