Joe from the service department need to be fired. I bought my car for a service last Wednesday the 17th for a problem with my transmission. He didn’t look at my car all week. I had to put a message on the website to have someone calling me back. The service manager called me last night to apologize about my car not being looked at all this time. Today the advisor called me to let me know that he finally look at my car and that the price of the transmission will be expensive. I told him since day on that I have a warranty company but rather to apologize to not called the warranty company. He stated to yell at me on the phone that he won’t work on my car since I dare criticized him. Now I’ve been out of car since a week and stuck with someone deciding that he won’t do his job because I dare criticized his basics customer service. More

I would like to thank Ms.Jackie for all the help she gave me with my truck.. She is the best!! I had a little trouble with a couple of people on the phone but when she found out I was trying to get in touch me with my truck.. She is the best!!
