We were looking for a fuel efficient car. I had researched the Ford Fiesta and went to test drive the vehicle. Since I have over an hour commute, I found it had an armrest which I thought would be more comfortable. I never felt any sales pressure, it was my choice. The finance officer (Joseph) was very efficient and nice. The floor manager was very nice and helpful. The selecting, test driving, and purchasing experience was a very non-stressful event! On 4/29/11 I brought my ford f350 in with a problem concerning the air condition. By 9:00am Ray Landry found me in the coustomer lounge and had identified the problem as a bad fan clutch.
