Ray Landry has been my Service Advisor since I bought my first Windstar. I will not deal with anyone else. Ray is always honest and "up front" with the how long and how much questions. I expected to be rushed and pressured into buying a car as most car salesmen do but it was the total opposite. Mr. Willie Mackie was my car salesman and he worked out a great deal. He also was extremely educated on the products he was selling. I would definatley reccomend this dealership to family and friends. More
After a couple of weeks of looking for a vehicle on the Don Bohn website, I visited with the guys at the dealership. All aspects of the sale were positive. Willie was very helpful and took very good care of me. My finance person was also very helpful. I continue to return to Bohn Ford simply because of their service department. That's it in a nutshell. I love my Ford and Bohn Ford has made the experience of buying and servicing all of my vehicles a plea service department. That's it in a nutshell. Even though no one wants to have to take their vehicles back to the dealership, wen I do, I am treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and heartfelt service department ever. Ray Landry is a pleasure to deal with. He's the best. I have leased or bought my last five vehicles from Bohn Ford and will continue to do so because of their service department. I can buy a vehicle from any dealership, but will not waiver from Bohn Ford because of their sales department, but mostly because of their service department. More
We tend not to keep cars for more than 4 or 5 years and we buy all our vehicles through this dealership. I purchased another Ford truck this time because I wanted to see how the pre-paid service and warranty option would work. I have seen 4 different dealers now with the key consideration as being time. The trade-off is, is it really worth the extra money to have my truck serviced @ 5000 mile intervals or spend roughly $50 each time at one of the fast service oil change places. The issue here being time spent in setting up appointments, trying to get it done at the 5000 mile increment, and time that needs to be spent away from work or on weekends to complete the task. Ray Landry not only got me in and out fairly quickly but provided quality information about the plan I am under and the flexibility that I do have in using it as I do quite a bit of driving. I will tell you that every dealership has given me a different opinion on the plan I have so most times need to run one of their business managers down to get it straight. However, it is easy to see that Ray works for repeat business which in the end does bring about trust and respect which is what most business strive to attain. Ray needs a good pat on the back!! More
Jan Thigpen was the reason why Merrick Construction purchased 4 new F-150's between the February of 2011 to April of 2011. Even when my new F-150 Ecoboost pick-up died on me after only 103 miles because of a bad fuel sensor, Jan was very helpful in making everything right. I don't fault Ford or Don Bohn dealership for this mishap because they did everything they needed to do to make it right. They quickly informed me of the 24 hour Roadside Service and did the right thing in placing me into a Rental Car until my truck was fixed 3 days later. Jan Thigpen sold me my truck at a very reasonable price & did not forget about the "Service after the sale". Thanks, Jan. I did appreciate it. More
