Salesman Fred Hall made us feel comfortable in the purchase of our new car. He went over all our options and listened to what we thought would work best for us. We had decided on one package then changed direction and gave Fred a new proposal. He was very accomodating and came up with a price and payment plan that worked for us and we accepted the deal. In closing the decision to buy was probable made on the initial visit. The 2011 Expedition that we purchased was made within three days. Overall experience was great. We ordered a 2011 limited explorer with many options/accessories.
