We called Don Bohn Ford in New Orleans about an internet listing twice to make sure it was ready to test drive/buy and both times they said yes. We had called twice to ask two different people because we li listing twice to make sure it was ready to test drive/buy and both times they said yes. We had called twice to ask two different people because we live out of town and didn't want to make the trip unless we were certain the vehicle would be available. We drove the 4.5 hours round trip only to be told it was going through inspections/clean-up, was on a lift and didn't even have tires on it and that we couldn't see it. I asked why they would post it online for sale & say it's for sale if it's not yet for sale...the salesman shrugged, said he didn't know. So without seeing it, we drove home. We aren't going to waste another 4.5 hours and a tank of gas to go back. Their claim of "Well, we're sorry" isn't good enough. Don Bohn Ford is incredibly sloppy. More

I am from Livingston, LA and found the car I wanted on line. The only other one I found was in Texas. I Called to make sure it was on their lot and made the two hour trip to see it.
