When we got there, Mr. Thomas told one of the salesmen to bring around the truck. After looking for the truck, the lowly salesman had to be the one to tell us that it was sent to auction earlier that day. THEY KNEW WE WERE COMING! The next day it popped up on craigslist for $2000.00 more. They lied. Stay away! More
Service Ray Landry was very helpful when I came in for my service and the wait was not that long. He gave me all of my options that I had to work with and the cost factors involved. He advised me of the future work to be done on my car and just to let him when I was ready. I enjoy working with Ray because he gives you the time and attention I need to make me comfortable. I am driving from New Orleans East for service on my vehicles (2010 Ford Flex and 2009 F150 Platinum) so I have to have someone to work with me. I am unable to go home and come back because of the distance. More

Overall an amazing experience getting my car fixed. The staff was not only knowledgeable but polite. The problem was quickly identified and taken care of. When I bring my vehicles in for service at Don Bohn Ford, Ray Landry greets me at my vehicle with a smile. He tells me approximately how long it will take for my vehicle to be serviced and lets me know of al Ray Landry greets me at my vehicle with a smile. I have been in sales myself for years so I know how the sales game is worked. It was very nice to come into a dealership and to be treated like not just a client, but also a person and even a friend.
