Allow me to be clear in saying that my experience with the staff at Don Bohn Ford has been exemplerary. In an effort to exceed my expectations the sales staff brought the truck to me so I could test drive it and ask questions after being unable to come to the Westbank. Al Ortiz was also exceptionally hands on and informative. I was able to take delivery of my new F-150 without any issues and they made me feel like if I weren't completely satisfied to let them know what needed to be done. This was an exceptional experience and I have already committed to purchasing another in the future. Thank you Big Al and the entire Don Bohn team. More

I found a 2015 Mazda 3 on their website that my girlfriend and I were interested in buying and calle Horrible experience here!!!! Let me tell you how. I found a 2015 Mazda 3 on their website that my girlfriend and I were interested in buying and called on a Friday to schedule an appointment to see it the next day at 6:30. Since we were going to be driving 3 hours away to see it, I called again Saturday morning to confirm our appointment and that the car was still there. I was told that my appointment was confirmed and that the car was there and ready for us to see it. Once there, it took multiple salesman 30 minutes to find the car. It just arrived on their lot earlier that day and was stuck in the service department where we could not see it or test drive it since the keys were locked up in service. No one could get the keys so Michael (salesman) and Nate (manager) started their false promises. They told us that since we drove 3 hours to see it that they would "take care of us" by driving the car to us on Monday. Monday morning comes and we were told that the car is in the service department getting checked and cleaned and the car should be delivered later that day. After hours of playing phone tag, now 4:30 pm, they informed us that they can now bring it on tuesday. Tuesday around 2 pm Michael finally showed up with the car that was dirty no filthy inside and outside of it. Nothing but a quick wash with dirty water was done after we were told "the car was being detailed for us and that is why it took all day Monday". They did not touch the engine bay which was full of dirt. During the test drive with Michael, we agreed on buying the car IF Don Bohn would detail the car, give us the Mazda 3 floor mats, full tank of gas, and $200 dollars off the price. All of this was discussed with Nate the manager and he agreed also to our terms. Michael said that he would steal the Mazda floor mats from the other Mazda 3 car on their lot for us. So we bought the car. On Wednesday, we called Michael multiple times to meet up with my mother, which works by them, without any success. He avoided her calls and never met with her after agreeing to meet with her at the store on Wednesday then on Thursday. We finally told Michael that since he was working on Saturday that we would get them then. Nate calls to schedule our "detailing" for Saturday and "taking care of us". We drive 3 hours back there to drop the car off for our 2 hour detailing and then we left with a loaner car. FYI Mr. Bohn they never gave us any paperwork, copied our license/insurance cards, or tied us to that car. We could have stole it and you could not do anything about it. Also, we had four other people's personal information paperwork in the car with us that included their names, birthday, license number, etc. We returned later hoping Nate kept his word on "taking care of us" but instead found a slightly cleaner car. The engine bay was clean now, armor all was not used on the whole trim pieces, dirt and makeup was still on the seats from previous owner, the glass were dirty, door jambs dirty, and the floor mats were generic! Michael walks up seeing the disapproval on our faces. I showed him how the car still was not cleaned and how he gave us generic floor mats. He stated "those are the ones out of the other Mazda"...... Liar because we saw them in the other car and they had the Mazda logo and THEY FIT. These generic floor mats did not fit properly which I had to later remove because they caused the gas pedal to stick. I then asked for Nate to come talk to us about the car still dirty thinking he would agree. But his attitude changed from "I will have my guys detail it even if I have to do it myself" to "this is as good as it will get" and basically telling us they were never going to do a real detailing on it. To the reader, I hope my story helps you avoid getting screwed over like us. Congrats Michael and Nate for fooling me into your lies. More
Rude and insulting sales manager I told the salesman what I wanted, and they didn't have it on the lot so he showed me similar vehicles. When I explained that I wanted to continue loo I told the salesman what I wanted, and they didn't have it on the lot so he showed me similar vehicles. When I explained that I wanted to continue looking for the exact truck I wanted, the sales manager came out and continued to pressure me into settling on a truck I didn't want. I was with my teenage daughter, and when she interjected into the conversation, the sales manager told her..and I quote..."stay out of this, the adults are talking". That's when I knew I was at the wrong dealership. Needless to say I felt insulted and was extremely angry. I left the dealership and went to Lamarque Ford where they found me the EXACT vehicle I wanted, AND at a better price and I did not feel pressured at all. My only regret is not remembering the sales managers name at Bohn Ford. The salesman I worked with (Ty Sterling) was very nice and helpful. But I feel like he was under pressure from management to move vehicles that are currently on the lot, and to source vehicles from other dealerships. My ratings are based on the sales manager, not the salesman. More

Long wait for service. Brought my car in for 8:30 appointment to get a simple oil change. I waited for the car because I live across the river from the dealership and getti Brought my car in for 8:30 appointment to get a simple oil change. I waited for the car because I live across the river from the dealership and getting back and forth would have been an inconvenience. Two and 1/2 hours later my car was finally ready. I was told it would be about an 1 1/2 hour wait. Needles to say they were backed-up that day. I advised the service rep I was not happy. He apologized for the delay and waived the bill for the service. I have never had this much of a delay before and will definitely avoid bringing my car in for service before a holiday(Memorial Day). The service rep was very apologetic and handled my situation well. I know his hands were tied in getting things moving. I have used Bohn Ford for service for quite a few years and still find them to be a class act. More
