Worst purchase experience ever. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from this dealership. They slipped an "options" item onto the purchase agreement. This item was never discussed dur I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from this dealership. They slipped an "options" item onto the purchase agreement. This item was never discussed during the sale and added $1066 to the purchase price. When I realized what happened after the sale was done, I spoke to the sales manager to question it. He said this covered items such as a tire rotation and oil change. I was stunned. They then offered to reduce this cost by $100 which was insulting. Granted this was poor on my part for allowing myself to be taken advantage of, but it's sad to see sales tactics like this being used. I thought these underhanded tactics were a thing of the past. Evidently those tricks are alive and well at Bohn Ford. Buyer beware when visiting this dealership. I'll never be back. More
