Don Bohn service had my truck for three days to replace a speed sensor and they could not get the job done. The previous week, my Truck pass their 27 pt inspection with ease. I paid for the service prior, but everytime the rep call to update me on the status; there appear to be another issue with my truck. I drove my Truck there and they could not fix the issue, so they decided to tow my truck back to my residence. I disagree with their resolution and I told them I need my truck in working driving condition. The only problem I have is the a speed sensor, according to their diagnostic (I paid $199). Terrible experience....I had to argue my point with the manager to get full refund for the speed sensor, but they didn't refund my payment for the misdiagnose. I am disable Military veteran of 21 years of service. Terrible experience....Never return there. More

My 90,000 mile checkup was due and the service adviser proved to be a great help. He reviewed my vehicle's history with me and found that some things were handled on previous visits and would not have to be done. His fairness in assessing my needs reduced my bill but more than that maintained my trust in Bohn's approach to doing business. Great business I would recommend. More
