Remove a nail from my right front tire. When I arrived there I went inside and was greeted immediately. My service person was Smiley I guess his nickname. I explained that I had a nail. He told me they will take care of it and he asked if I was going wait and I said yes. He directed me to the waiting area when I realized my phone was on 17% and needed to be charged. I went back and ask could I get my charger out of the car and Smiley offered his charger but it was different. I received the charger and an hour later my car was ready. Overall I had a great experience, which I never doubted that for a minute. Thanks Smiley. More

Fast and friendly service I spoke with Smiley on the phone, whom was very friendly and helpful! He told me to bring our truck in and they would have a look at it! We were immediately taken care upon walking into the service center As a walk in! I was so surprised how fast we were taken care of! By that evening, only hours later, we were given a call by Mr. smiley to let us know what the diagnosis was. We received several calls with updates pertaining to our vehicle as well as an email! It was complete and returned to us within 36 hours if not less! To say we will be returning to don bohn is an understatement ! Mr. smiley has restored our previous bad experiences at Don Bohn!! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! More

Quick service Battery died in my 2013 Escape. AAA came out and jumped it but one battery cell was bad and would probably have trouble starting again. Called Bohn Fo Battery died in my 2013 Escape. Even tho it was 5pm when I arrived and the service department was closing they graciously replaced my battery so that I would not be stranded someplace if it died on me again More
