Terrible experiences I want to open this review by saying this Ford dealer’s service was the final straw on me deciding to sell my Ford and go with a new brand in the futu I want to open this review by saying this Ford dealer’s service was the final straw on me deciding to sell my Ford and go with a new brand in the future. That’s how terrible and unprofessional the service is. That’s the short version. If you want the details then let me explain what happened in just in the last year. I took my car in for an oil change and to get new windshield wipers. The technician came out and also said I needed new front tires, that mine were worn through and were showing signs of dry rot. It would be very risky for me to keep driving on them. Well, I had just bought brand new off-the-shelf tires from Costco one month prior and got it confirmed by the other Ford dealer that there was no sign of dry rot in my tires. Sometimes mistakes are made, I understand that. But that would have been a $600 mistake. A few months later I took my car back in for a big engine service. They forgot about my car. Literally forgot to work on it. It was left in the back and it took one of the other advisors to notice I was still sitting in the waiting area hours later to ask if I had gotten an update. My advisor immediately ran over to apologize (the wait room is currently located in a temporary building due to construction). After he went through what work my car needed in addition to the engine work, the advisor said the technician strongly recommended I get new windshield wipers. You’ll recall I literally had this same dealership install new ones just months prior. Which brings us to a few months later. My AC fan wasn’t working. I knew I was dealing with a blown motor resistor so I brought my car in and had them replace the piece. I got in my car when they were done and turned it on to hear an odd rattling sound coming from my dash. I immediately went inside and told them what I was hearing. They told me I could make an appointment for another day, even though they had literally just handed me the keys back. There was nothing they could do for me. I think the shock at that customer service left me speechless enough to actually leave and make the phone call to reschedule. I asked that my advisor (who went on lunch right when I left) call me so I could ask about the situation. He never called, so I called him directly a few hours later. He recommended I reschedule and they would take a look at it. No apology, if anything he sounded like this was normal. Two days later I went back in. After a two hour wait they told me they didn’t hear any noise, I must have imagined it. Can’t think of any customer with a complaint who likes to hear that comment. So I got my keys back and went to leave. Turned my car on and there was the noise. So I went inside and had the advisor come sit in my car with me and listen. “Oh THAT noise”, she said. They weren’t sure what was causing the noise so they went back to work. Finally they come back a few more hours later to say it’s fixed. I still have pay for the service and go to get in my car and pull out to the road. The sound comes back. I immediately call them and leave a message, since going in person apparently didn’t do anything. No one returned the call again. I honestly am shocked that they can operate like this. The customer service is abysmal and the quality of work matches it. I’ve never seen anything like it. If you’re looking for a Ford location head to the other location. I never leave reviews but I will be putting this review everywhere I can as a warning. More
