Inadequate Service and Unprofessional I was having issues with leaking into my car. 1)I left my car for service on a Friday. Upon the first test, I was told my sunroof was NOT leaking. I was having issues with leaking into my car. 1)I left my car for service on a Friday. Upon the first test, I was told my sunroof was NOT leaking. After a second test, I was told my sunroof WAS leaking. A new sunroof would not be available until Monday. That Monday the Technician was out and the Service Advisor was out Tuesday and Wednesday so I was scheduled to come back the next Friday. 2)On the following Friday, I came back at 9am. At 1pm, I was informed that the "new" sunroof had already been used and they would have to order another to come the next day. I was also informed that my tires and alignment still had not been done after having my car all morning. I was not called to come get my car until 3pm. (Why was the sunroof not looked at Mon-Fri.?) 3) Saturday morning I dropped my car off again at 9 am. Because I was told the part would arrive on the truck at 9. At 1pm when I called, I was told the part did not arrive until 11. I still did not receive my car until after 2pm. 4) I asked for proper documentation showing that my diagnostic cost was removed from my total service cost. They WOULD NOT provide this documentation which is very UNPROFESSIONAL. More
