I left my aviator @ 7 am. Hours later it wasn’t done They were all sitting around laughing and talking when I arrived for my car hours later. Car wasn’t touched! Driver didn’t pick me up from work as req They were all sitting around laughing and talking when I arrived for my car hours later. Car wasn’t touched! Driver didn’t pick me up from work as requested. Jackie twisted my words saying that I told them on Saturday to start work at 2:30. Why would I tell u to start work at 2:30 when I said since the parts will be here at noon, will it be ready for me to pick up when I get off from work at 2:30. They told me it will be ready. Nothing was done on my car. Not even the throttle body cleaning nor the air filter. Everyone was just sitting around laughing and talking with each other instead of making sure cats are ready and worked on as they should be. I called cooperate! More

I love my car....salesperson and service dept. (Not so much) My sales person when selling me the car was very pushy! Also I'm not understanding why my car did not come with a spare tire?? Went in for an oil change got the package for $39.99.... my total ended up being over $50! After I got an email telling me my car was ready for pickup and my total was $48 and some change! Guy checking me out said it was bc my car is a hybrid and takes more expensive oil! I went back to the $39.99 special sign on the tv and there were no fine prints about diff oils being diff prices! Guess I'll be taking my car somewheres else from now on! Yall got me that time but NEVER again! More

Great Service Department I unfortunately purchased my car from Matt Bowers Ford, and they have been nothing but nightmares. So since I’ve never used Bohn, and bought from bow I unfortunately purchased my car from Matt Bowers Ford, and they have been nothing but nightmares. So since I’ve never used Bohn, and bought from bowers, I called bowers first for my rear air suspension issues (also purchased an extended warranty through them). When they answered, like always very brash and not very caring. They said they could take it BUT I couldn’t bring it in for over 3 weeks?!?? I don’t know anyone that can just have an unusable car sitting in their driveway and still try to work without dishing out more money on a rental. So I laughed at the timeline and canceled the appointment. Side note.... they are doing something completely wrong at Bowers because no one should be told three weeks for a one day fix SO!!! The heavens opened up and I took a chance on Bohn, the man that answered (John) was very nice and he said I could bring it in the same day! They repaired it fast, recommended additional maintenance because of the mileage, and got it back to me really fast! During the service process, Michael Kriston helped me through the process and was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He made recommendations for additional repairs, but was not pushy like other service departments. I ended up selecting a few of the additional maintenance suggestions along with the suspension repair. Upon picking up my vehicle I was able to meet Michael, and he was a breath of fresh air to my previous terrible experiences at other dealerships in town. So, Thank you Mike! More
