Donald D. & Daniel (shuttle driver) EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH! Oh My God, Imagine working two jobs, but one being the International Airport of New Orleans. Imagine having a recall with the part that you need for Oh My God, Imagine working two jobs, but one being the International Airport of New Orleans. Imagine having a recall with the part that you need for your car to function, on NATIONAL BACK ORDER for an estimated month wait DURING the opening of the new $1.3 billion terminal at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). The first major airport opening since the opening of new terminals at Denver International Airport in 1995 and Indianapolis International Airport (IND) in 2008. My car was shutting down on me, over heating, while I was driving around with a deformed gas tank as I wait. I was turning my car off at red lights and in traffic just so that I would not lose power while I driving. I needed my car for work and I was outside of the limits that the dealership offered shuttle service for. Donald knew my situation and he knew that is was xxxx near impossible for me to just drop my car off. I would call his phone line several times a week with questions, concerns, you name it. I received a call from Donald 2 WEEKS after he told me that it would be a month long wait. I made an 8am appointment on a Saturday, showed up 30minuets late because of work and asked him if he could have everything done before 11am because I had another appointment to attend working 7 days a week at the airport. He had my car done by 10:30am and called me as soon as it was ready. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH DONALD DECKER!!!!! I also want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Daniel the shuttle Driver. When I was finally able to use the shuttle service, Daniel made sure he spoke to everyone as we were being dropped off. By the time he reached their destination, everyone knew him and gave salutations by name (which stood out to me). Since I didn't have my car and I was the last person to be dropped off that early Saturday morning, I asked Daniel if he could stop and let me grab a bite to eat. Without hesitation, he pulled over so that I could order something. I was hesitant at first to ask, but I was starving and hadn't eaten since the night before when I got to work. That definitely help push my experience to the next level. MANY THANKS DANIEL YOU ROCK!!!! More

Safety Recal & tire questions I didn’t make an appointment, I had called & they told me to just bring it in. The reviewed & Che led the safety recalls in my car. I Know You're Tired of Seeing Me Donald When I received my car back after the recall part was changed everything ran smooth for 2 days. Something kept setting off the engine light and overheating my car at random and it kept losing power. By this time I'm sure Donald had me out of his hair. You have no idea how hard it is to explain to an expert what's wrong with your car when you lack the proper terminology. Especially when the car acts up at random and you're hoping and praying that when you show up to the dealership that the car is messing up so that it can be fixed. I just kept updating Donald while I was waiting for the next available free time in my schedule. I was so discouraged and on the miserable side, but Donald kept the same energy and always displayed great customer service. I even had to joke and tell him, "I know you're tired of seeing me" Every time I saw Daniel ( the shuttle driver) he was always greeting me with a smile every time I showed up, because by then he knew me by face and name. He always asked if I needed a ride home while I waited for my car to be complete. He has the most inclusive and welcoming conversations on the shuttle as he drops everyone off. Good luck on all of your endeavors Daniel!!!! More
