I purchased a 2014 Silverado 1500 HD LTZ truck and the truck was in good shape. I recently was in a horrible accident and my vehicle was totaled. Here’s the dilemma, my mom is trying to cancel the Dealer Service Contract with your company and is getting the runaround from the dealership. The finance guy that should be handling this situation, TYRONE WILLIAMS, said that it had to be handled on the internet and he could not help with that. He also, to add insult to injury, informed my mom that he had a customer and didn’t have time to help her and would call her back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK! This is the same person that was “so helpful” when he sold us the Dealer Service Contract but “didn’t have time” when we needed his help to cancel. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really give him 0 stars but I had to click 1. More

I purchased a used 2017 truck from this dealership. It has been the worst experience I have EVER encountered while buying a vehicle. During initial conversations with salesmen there, I told them they had has been the worst experience I have EVER encountered while buying a vehicle. During initial conversations with salesmen there, I told them they had to be my eyes & ears b/c they are so far away for me to do a test drive, that if I come there, I will be coming to buy. I was assured that the vehicle was solid & I would be happy with the truck. Drove a little over 600 miles to buy this vehicle. Once I arrive, I notice it has an oil leak. I told them I wasn't buying this truck with an oil leak. They then bring out paperwork of work they done before they put it on the lot to be sold. No one mentioned that engine work had been done prior to me driving 10 hrs away in a rental car. I was assured that it was just the oil pan drain gasket, they took it back in the shop, said they replaced it. I did not notice a leak afterwards. Get all the paperwork signed & quickly send me on my way b/c it was a 10 hr drive back home & I am supposed to work the next day. They delayed my time to leave by more than 4 hours due to this gasket leak. I get home & notice there is a fluid leak underneath the size of a basketball. There are drops of oil all over the place once I moved the truck forward, I get a flashlight & look underneath. I have oil from the oil pan all the way to the rear bumper. I mean completely soaked. How in the world I got home with oil in the engine is beyond me. The next morning I call the dealership & told them what was going on. They tell me they will let the manager know & get back with me. They delayed me til over the weekend. (BTW, they done this from the time I left until now. Only two return calls from them (the salesman) out of around 20 messages left for four different individuals & not one time did they answer a call when trying to reach someone.) Finally agreed for me to take it to a local Ford dealership & that they would take care of the bill to get it fixed. Local Ford dealership starts working on it, find bolts stripped, silicone used to cover gaps that weren't able to be sealed shut. Other parts that were broke during it being fixed the first time at Bohn Ford. Vehicle is "supposedly" fixed at local Ford place. They let Bohn know that it is fixed. They sit on it 2 days knowing it was ready for me to pick up. The 3rd day I go to the local dealership in hopes of me getting everything done & accomplished on my only day off of the week. I sit up at the local establishment for more than 5 hours waiting on Bohn Ford to pay so I can be sent on my way home with my truck that I haven't been able to use for 3 weeks since buying it. They did not pay that day. I told them what I thought about how I was being done. The next day the local establishment had to offer a 20% discount to Bohn Ford just to get them to pay. I pick it up, drive it home & guess what....still have a FREAKING oil leak!!! There is more wrong with this truck than they realized at local establishment. So I have to take it back up there next week to be looked at again. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle out of state again. And I hope this review helps people to decide to go to another place to buy a vehicle. It is an absolute shame that you can not trust a certified ford dealership out of state. In my mind I have a 30K piece of junk that I don't know if it is ever gonna be right or not. And to think, this was my dream truck. And now I could careless if I have this truck or not. Thanks for crushing an honest man dream & trust. More
