Worst Experience at a Ford Dealership EVER!!!! Where to begin. I noticed something was wrong with my front end on my F250, so I naturally take my vehicle to the dealer. Bohn Ford was the closest to Where to begin. I noticed something was wrong with my front end on my F250, so I naturally take my vehicle to the dealer. Bohn Ford was the closest to me, plus, they have changed my oil earlier. I made my appointment only to get there and sit for 3 hours for them to tell me, this was the inspection appointment so they could tell me what was wrong. I then had to schedule another appointment to get the actual work done, plus, they had to order parts. Total for this work was to be around $1600-1700 dollars. When I took my vehicle back, the evening prior, I explained to the receptionist this was the only vehicle I had and I could only afford to be without it one day. They had no loaner cars like their website states, but they did bring me home. The next day, I get a call around 4 o'clock explaining to me that I needed seals in my rear brakes and that they weren't going to have it done that day. She stated she would call me back to get me a loaner, but never did. So I waited, until mid next day and she finally calls me and tells me my vehicle is ready. I had to take a Lyft there, which cost me $23.00. Once there, my bill had jumped to $2205 dollars. Oh...did i mention, that's with a warranty, which was charged over $900 dollars, so over $3000 for this job. Needless to say, I voiced my concerns, but fell on deaf ears. They have had my truck for two days. The receptionist stated she tried to call me, text me, but I didn't receive it. Why?? Because she was sending this to my work landline!!!! That was the number you called me from. Yes..this is true, but it wasn't the number I gave you!! All I wanted to do was get my truck and leave. Once I was taken to my truck, it was dirty and there was grease on the door. They didn't even have the common decency to wash it or clean up after themselves. This just made me more upset with this organization. In these times, you would think a company as big as Ford would not try to gouge customers, but this surely wasn't the case here. I will never, EVER, take my vehicle back to this shady organization and have them put their filthy hands on my vehicle. They have lost my business and Ford has lost my faith. Do not go here! Fair warning! They have no customer service and do not care about saving you money. The more, the more money they get. Once there, it's too late. More
