They did clean but somethings were missed Overall they did clean but somethings that should have been cleaned were not. I was going on Vacation so took my car to be detailed before we were to leave. The trunk was not cleaned like it should have been and the middle compartment in my car had not been cleaned at all. There were to spots to open and clean and was not done. I called and someone left them a message for me because they were gone for the day. I had to email them the next day because no one responded back to my message. After my email I got a call back and message but I could not talk at that time due to my job profession. I had no more opportunities to have them make it right because the next day I did not have my car but my daughter did so it could be packed to leave on our vacation. I felt it should have been cleaned right and I wouldn’t had to worry about any of this. More

Time of Repair It took longer than I expected. I brought my car in on 8/2 and didn't get it back until 8/8. Apparently, there was a parts issue, meaning that the p It took longer than I expected. I brought my car in on 8/2 and didn't get it back until 8/8. Apparently, there was a parts issue, meaning that the parts needed were not in stock after starting the work on the car. So the repair was delayed significantly until the parts could arrive. Fortunately I had another car to drive during the prolonged repair cycle. I did tell Ryan Holmes that I didn't want them to hurry to make sure that the repair was done correctly. He stayed with the process and explained in detail why the repair took so long and appreciated my patience. I just wish that the diagnostic process could have identified all the repair parts necessary to the the repair would not have taken so much longer than the estimate. More
Cab filter replaced in recent service Cab filter was not due to be replaced but was found to be collapsed in recent service and replaced. The filter was not the problem. Husband checked when got vehicle home because he didn’t think filter was very old. He found the intake screen itself had not been checked and it was blocked. We were leaving on a trip so he cleaned the screen himself. We are happy with service in general, but parts are not cheap and a simple observation would have found the part was not the problem. I wouldn’t have known to check this so next service I am sure filter would have been collapsed again and replaced. This was not only unnecessary charge, if that filter is important enough to be there, it is important enough to work. More
