Recently had oil chg on our Edge & recall on truck. Ryan went above & beyond. Yemm’s phone service was out so he used his own cell phone to leave a message saying our parts were in for our (2) recalls Ryan went above & beyond. Yemm’s phone service was out so he used his own cell phone to leave a message saying our parts were in for our (2) recalls on our truck and for us to call him back. By doing this we were able to schedule our appointment quickly. We have always been pleased with how easily we can schedule routine oil changes also. Everyone seems very friendly. More

Friendly staff, extended repair time Communication was good off and on but needed to be more regular. Disruptions to repair schedule via machine issues weren't promptly communicated and Communication was good off and on but needed to be more regular. Terrible Bought a used truck had bad2 tires the day we bought it took 3 days to fix this then we picked it up the next day took it to town tyranny acting up ha Bought a used truck had bad2 tires the day we bought it took 3 days to fix this then we picked it up the next day took it to town tyranny acting up had truck 4 days took it back to get it looked at and then it began almost 6 weeks to get a torque converter fixed no one from sales or service ever called us with updates we always got told someone will call you never happened we either called or stopped in when in town poor business only satisfaction we got was with the owner mark Klein talked to him on Monday got truck back on Wednesday all this took almost 6 weeks would reckemend dealership unless you deal with Mark he did us right. More
