Janice we are sorry if you felt the service manager was rude to you. We understand that when you get news you don't like it can be upsetting. We have reviewed all the service information and the tire had a hole in the side that was unfixable due to federal law for safety standards.. Most likely you ran something over. If you had bought your car here we offer a road hazard protection free for the first year on all new cars that can be extended up to 5 years that would have covered the tire. You should check with Ford dealership where you bought the car to see if they offered that coverage.

Clearly you didn't get all the information or you just don't get what im saying. First off , my car history they have isn't accurate. I shouldn't of had to pay for a new tire . As many times it was there they didn't resolve anything until they replaced tire. My low tire light came on more that a dozen times.. even returned from vacation to flat tire at airport. I just don't know why this nail wasn't found long ago. We've done business there for years , now to get this kind of treatment is very disappointing. JANICE RICE
