A little disappointed Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change. The lady at the service desk seemed annoyed that I was there and that I was bothering her when I dr Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change. The lady at the service desk seemed annoyed that I was there and that I was bothering her when I dropped my car off. I have to say that the salesman that helped me with a loaner was great and so helpful. They called me and said my car was done.When I returned at the end of the day I noticed one of the recalls had not been done and when I asked the lady in the service department about it she said "my bad". I was told they would look at it right then. Twenty five minutes later she found me in the waiting room and told me they would not be able to do it today I would have to come back. Disappointed with the entire experience. More
