I did not get a follow up to my last response I sent in. I was just checking in. I didn’t know if that was because Ford of Galesburg felt guilty for their actions or just stop caring. Either way, it would be nice to hear a follow up to my concerns. Thanks in advance, Brian Tucker.

Hi Again, Brian - We did receive your last review. I am sorry again that you still feel unsatisfied with your services with us. To answer your question, yes, the staff member you spoke to was included in a discussion regarding your interactions. I feel we evaluated the situation and handled it appropriately. Our service manager did hang up on you after multiple attempts at explaining this all to you, as we also respect our employees well-being and do not tolerate them to be abused verbally / cursed at. I understand your frustration and confusion regarding your service visit, the repairs needed were taken care of. The first visit, multiple issues were diagnosed & repaired. After the vehicle left, another issue was noticed by you. The first few visits back, we were unable to duplicate / witness that particular issue. This is common with intermittent issues that don't pull lights / codes. In some cases, we cannot diagnose an issue fully UNLESS we are able to duplicate it. Fortunately, on the last visit we were able to duplicate that issue and diagnose it properly. The vehicle You were given a loaner free of charge, as well as brand new wiper blades that you did need, not out of guilt, but for courtesy from us to you. I feel that I can say with the utmost confidence that we have tried to make this right for you to the best of our abilities. Thanks for the response. If your service manager is saying he was abused or cursed out, he is flat out lying to you. That never happened!! He was the one to raise his voice to me and get demeaning. I wish there was a way to pull up phone records to prove it. I loved to prove my case. You can also not do work on a person’s car without that person’s authorization. Plus, why did they not believe me when I told them I had problems? They should have kept it until they found it. It took until that poor young kid was to scared to drive it another foot and had to be picked up on the side of the road for anything to get done. And anyone to be taken serious. I could have been seriously hurt on the highway going to or from work. Or worse. How does that make you feel ? Please don’t try and turn this around. This has been a very bad experience.
