It's rare that a dealership will treat you the way this dealership does. They set everything up prior to me being there. They answered all my questions. Went above and beyond. I love Ford of Galesburg. I’ve been to other Ford dealerships and haven’t received the level of customer service that Galesburg has always offered me. I was disappointed with I’ve been to other Ford dealerships and haven’t received the level of customer service that Galesburg has always offered me. I was disappointed with my last few appointments because there was a breakdown in communication. I wasn’t told that my recall wasn’t completed when I went to pick up my vehicle. I came back the following week to then complete the recall expecting to have my vehicle back by a certain time but it was kept longer, I understand things don’t always follow an exact timeline but an update would have been nice so I could’ve made different plans. I am very grateful for the office staff catching a credit that was owed to me and calling me that day to get it straightened out. More

This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Ford of Galesburg and I have used Dustin each time! I have had a great experience each time and would highly recommend Dustin to anyone that is looking for Galesburg and I have used Dustin each time!
