Emergency Service needed while traveling. After having some issues with my 2010 Ford Flex while returning to MI from Florida. On Monday morning I was near Franklin TN. where I booked a room fo After having some issues with my 2010 Ford Flex while returning to MI from Florida. On Monday morning I was near Franklin TN. where I booked a room for the night and the next morning while looking on line for the nearest Ford dealer to me I found your dealership. I then noticed I could reserve a spot for service on line as well. So I signed up for a 7:15 AM time slot and then called to see if this was going to work because I had to stay with the car. The lady who answered the call said bring it in and we will do what ever we can. In al title over an hour they had the problem diagnosed and informed me they could have it running as good as new in another 1 1/2 hours. I said do it. In about an hour I was informed the job was done. That was the fastest service I have ever received from any ford dealership I have ever gone to. I cannot thank you enough for the speedy job in getting my car back on the road. We also were very impressed with the city of Franklin and will plan a trip there in the near future. And Yes I have told everyone about your dealership. I had worked at Ford Motor Co. for 30 years in Powertain development and was one of the engineers that developed the first all the way through the PTEC controllers that Ford has used since they got rid of the points and condenser ignition systems. I got a we-owe for fixing my headlights when I bought my car. I did have to come in twice but both times I was greeted quickly, taken care efficiently and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was so upset that I had an accident in my car because I had only 4000 miles on it and just had purchased it new about 5 months ago. Over the few weeks both Krista and Mike made what I thought would be a horrible experience a very comforting, caring, reassuring and BLESSED experience. Every phone conversation, every question, just the whole experience ended as though they were family. I have an obvious issue with my F150. Coolant is streaming out of hole in a coolant tube on the intake manifold.
