MKX service My MKX was due for its 17,000 mile service. CJ scheduled my appointment and loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership CJ was there to greet me. He My MKX was due for its 17,000 mile service. CJ scheduled my appointment and loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership CJ was there to greet me. He was able to quickly assess my car, including noticing that my tires were wearing unevenly. He recommended I have my wheels rotated, balanced, and aligned. The service department reported that my wheels were very badly out of alignment. I could immediately feel the difference in the way my car drove. It glided effortlessly. I’m really enjoying driving my Lincoln MKX. My service appointment was on Friday of the 4th of July holiday week. The service department was a little short handed due to employees that were on vacation. CJ made the best of a difficult situation. He encouraged the mechanic to have my car ready for pickup. I arrived early to avoid rush hour traffic and waited in the very comfortable waiting area for my car. My car was cleaned and delivered to the door. CJ was very kind during the entire process. Thanks, CJ!!! More
