CJ is great! I knew I needed an oil change so when I received a message on the Lincoln App that my battery was low I knew I needed to call and schedule an appointm I knew I needed an oil change so when I received a message on the Lincoln App that my battery was low I knew I needed to call and schedule an appointment. Needless to say I did not think about scheduling the appointment until I was driving past the dealership after work. I pulled in and was greeting by CJ who was very friendly and was able to get me in that afternoon and get me a Rental Car. I was out of the dealership within 30 minutes! I received text messages of the progress on my car and when it was ready to pick up the next day! Very efficient! More

He explained everything that was going to be done to my car before it was done and then reviewed with me after the service what had been done and why. Eric also went out of his way to have a representative from the body shop give me a quote for minor repair work so I didn’t have to come back in for another appointment. This service was very much appreciated! More

First time Experience I just moved to the area and had to bring my truck in for its 10K service. Everything went smoothly. A first for me was the window into the service area where you can watch cars being worked on. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be back and recommend this dealership to anyone. More
