Had a problem with a rear door latch assembly this time and Chris took care of me the instant I pulled into the service bay. I left my truck and was given a ride to my place of employment. He also updated me on the progress of the work and I was able to pick it up by the day’s end. The service is exceptional. More

I knew I needed an oil change so when I received a message on the Lincoln App that my battery was low I knew I needed to call and schedule an appointm I knew I needed an oil change so when I received a message on the Lincoln App that my battery was low I knew I needed to call and schedule an appointment. Needless to say I did not think about scheduling the appointment until I was driving past the dealership after work. I pulled in and was greeting by CJ who was very friendly and was able to get me in that afternoon and get me a Rental Car. I was out of the dealership within 30 minutes! I received text messages of the progress on my car and when it was ready to pick up the next day! Very efficient! More
