Oil Change Service It was a pleasure working with Lola. This was my first time using the service department and it was great. I took my Ford F150 to have the seat belt It was a pleasure working with Lola. This was my first time using the service department and it was great. I took my Ford F150 to have the seat belt recall fixed and an oil change. During my visit, Lola was proactive and ran my VIN for other recalls and found that there was actually another recall on the doors. This was much appreciated because I did not know about another recall. Lola kept me informed through out the day as to when my vehicle will be ready for pick up. Thanks again for such a great experience. More

I called and spoke with Lola in Service, and asked if they could work me in to c My "check engine'" light came on on my way to work Saturday morning. I called and spoke with Lola in Service, and asked if they could work me in to check out my car. She stated there were other appointments, but the earlier I could get there, the better. I left work at 9:15 am and went straight to the dealership. They ran diagnostic on my car, advising my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They had all the parts and were able to fix my Explorer that day! Great service, great people. Thanks! More
