Came in for repair on my company car. Hunter Rose was my service representative and that seemed to be the problem. No communication, multiple voicemails left with no response. I have been coming to Ford Lincoln of Franklin for years and this was by far the worst service experience. Ignored for days andWas made to feel that my time was not valuable. Came to pick up my car and had to wait 30 minutes for Hunter to become available. Was in his cubicle talking with a couple mechanics as I sat at the bar waiting. (They were not talking about business). Not sure if I will return but if I do I will use somebody else! More

Good customer service from Quick Lane Allen McDaniel was my consultant in my recent Quick Lane service. I needed my regular service with oil change, filter, etc. and had 2 other items tha Allen McDaniel was my consultant in my recent Quick Lane service. I needed my regular service with oil change, filter, etc. and had 2 other items that needed repair. My service had to be handled in 2 separate visits due to ordering a part. Allen was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Allen and the technician explained in detail the services provided, added things I needed to be alert to in the future, and took action to order parts I needed for repairs and made the necessary arrangements for the repair to be completed. In 2018 I bought a new Ford f150, although I got off to a rocky start with the sales department, they reached out and did everything possible to satisfy me.
