Getting Routine Service I brought my 2019 Flex for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was met in the queue by service attendant Xavier Norman. Big smile, great attitude, and very welcoming and personable! I waited inside the dealership and enjoyed some delicious hot coffee. After the service, which took less time than I expected, Xavier explained the work that was performed to my Flex. I left feeling satisfied and like I got a good deal. This is my third good experience with Cookeville Ford and I intend to continue servicing my Flex here. More
