Inaccurate Service Diagnosis Took car to dealer for diagnosis, car was diagnosed as needing struts to the tune of $1600. Took to Pep Boys, they diagnosed for free and found out it Took car to dealer for diagnosis, car was diagnosed as needing struts to the tune of $1600. Took to Pep Boys, they diagnosed for free and found out it was lower control arms. Called service manager a few times to discuss, but had to leave voicemails as he never answered the phone, also never returned my call. It cost me $90 to have them diagnose the problem and it was done wrong, feel the just wanted to sell me something I didn’t need. More
