Billy is articulate and pays attention to detail. While the first service was performed, he kept me apprised of the length of time to complete the job as it was a very busy day prior to the holiday. This was not the first time I have dealt with Billy as my service writer. He is consistently on his game and is very professional in dealing with customers. Totally Awesome! Before Racheal sent me the email with the current used truck list, I had contacted another dealership to purchase another F250. The service division is always courteous and helpful to me. The employees have always been courteous and due to the fact I am there often due to my traveling job, am recognized by several.
