It was meant to be My first time at Ford Lincoln, I did not enjoy it, so I thought I wasn't going to go back. A few months later, I met Noreen at my job. After a short a My first time at Ford Lincoln, I did not enjoy it, so I thought I wasn't going to go back. A few months later, I met Noreen at my job. After a short and fun conversation, I found out that she actually worked at Ford Lincoln, I shared my first visit situation with her and she gave me her business card and said she would help me! She was so nice and friendly! I really enjoyed talking to her! Excited, I emailed her right away and got a super fast response back. Noreen paired me with Racheal, who is a really great and friendly person! I really enjoyed working with her. I'm a college kid and I live on my own. I work a simple retail job and I couldn't afford a really expensive monthly payment between rent and other monthly bills, so my budget was quite tight. I was also driving an old car that I knew was fall apart on me if I left it on too long. I knew it was time for a new one but I also knew I wasn't going to fall for any car that didn't fall between the lines of my budget. Nonetheless, Racheal and Noreen helped me find my new car within a few days time! I was so excited and after a whole day of budgeting my personal bills, I realized, they had found me a really nice car with a monthly payment that wouldn't back me into a financial wall! I started with a 2003 Ford Focus and with the help of those two lovely ladies (and their manager, Joe) I now drive a love 2012 Chevrolet Malibu! I named him Cyrus! I really cannot thank them enjoy for all the hard work they put in for me. I really REALLY appreciate them. They were really great! I was so happy, I brought them a homemade cake the next day. If you ever visit Ford Lincoln, please PLEASE ask for Noreen or Racheal and you will not be disappointed! I really can't express enough how happy I am with them and their brilliant customer service! More

Best service ever. Nick is wonderful and helpful. I totally recommend him. We did shop around, but never got the respect or honesty at other places. Honesty means a lot to me, more than prices. Honesty and a wonderful price is what we got. I even went back and bought me a car as well from Nick. He has called and checked in on my mom to make sure that the car is running well and she has had no issues. As many times that my mom has bought car's no seller has ever went out of their way to call her. So y'all can't get any better service than this.
