Service on January 24, 2019. It was raining when I arrive, service rep started to come out in the rain to get my info. I was able to have her wait till I could enter the service bay. She made sure what I wanted done, what I needed done and informed me of the approximate wait time. Friendly wait area, time to look and dream of next vehicle (F150). I did not have to wait the full time she told me. i did go ahead and take advantage of the free car wash. Very friendly, customer support oriented I recently purchased a used truck from them. They bent over backwards to be sure I found something I liked and could afford. The three button key fob I recently purchased a used truck from them. They bent over backwards to be sure I found something I liked and could afford. The three button key fob broke off where it holds the key ring right after they handed it to me. Service manager noticed immediately and brought me a new one and showed me how to program it, as he did it for me! The entire staff is friendly and kind. They make you feel at home and cared about.
