I called back with an issue about the bad lug nuts being put back on after the tire rotation and was satisfied with his response. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15 and it was done by 11:00. Oil change, tire rotation, throttle body service, brake fluid service. Total labor of $225.35. WOW really? Aggregious. More

Getting to the root of the problem. My car has had a battery discharge problem for some time. The battery would slowly discharge. After taking the car to the selling dealer many time wit My car has had a battery discharge problem for some time. The battery would slowly discharge. After taking the car to the selling dealer many time with no result, I decided to bring it to Cookeville Ford/Lincoln. On the first visit a faulty battery was found and replaced. A faulty gateway module was also detected and ordered. On the second visit the gateway module replaced and tested. The car seems to be operating properly now. Problem solved!!! Cookeville Ford/Lincoln is now my place to get my car serviced. All of the service employees I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of the progress as they determined the problem. Keep up the good work. More
