I needed a routine service for my 2015 F-150, and just drove up to the door with no I really like Ford Lincoln of Cookeville's no appointment service. I needed a routine service for my 2015 F-150, and just drove up to the door with no call ahead or anything. Casey Loftis did a great job of getting me in immediately and writing up my service ticket. He said it would be about an hour and a half before it was finished, but he managed to squeeze me into a break in one of the technician's schedules, and it was done in less than half that time. Hats off to Casey and his good work. More
